Non-Transferable – This pass is personal to the bearer and may not be sold, loaned, or transferred. Any misuse will result in immediate revocation.
Access Rights – Entry and access are subject to the approval of event organizers, venue management, and Pulse 101.3. Possession of this pass does not guarantee unrestricted access.
Professional Conduct – The bearer must conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times and comply with all instructions from security, law enforcement, and event officials.
Liability Waiver – Pulse 101.3, its affiliates, and partners are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to equipment incurred while on assignment.
Revocation – Pulse 101.3 reserves the right to revoke this credential at any time for violation of these terms or misuse of press privileges.
Verification – Credentials may be checked at any time. Failure to present valid identification upon request may result in removal from the premises.
